October 30, 2020 – The Pangasinan Irrigation Management Office (PIMO) conducted a three-day seminar on Anxiety and Stress Management  as an intervention to help employees cope with challenges and uncertainties brought about by the pandemic.

Bruce Marvin M. Ruaro, Teacher III at the Urdaneta City National High School  was tapped to facilitate the activity which started last October 27, 2020 to heighten awareness on the importance of safeguarding one's mental health, and to counter peoples tendencies to succumb  into depression caused by the prevailing socio-economic crisis.
