The ceremonial leadership turnover within the top management of the National Irrigation Administration-Ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office was presided by NIA Administrator Engr. Eduardo G. Guillen today June 2, 2023 at the INIMO Conference.
Pursuant to NIA Office Memorandum No. 96 and 97 series of 2023, Engr. Weynard Joseph P. Untalan shall resume to its original position while Engr. Joselito C. De Vera was designated as Acting Division Manager of INIMO.
The said memorandum shall take effect immediately today.
After the program, Administrator Guillen administered the oath of office for the Federation of Northern Ilocos Norte Irrigators Association headed by Mr. Julio Tomas.
