Millions of Crops Lost as Ompong Batters Pangasinan

In spite of the contingency plan issued by Regional Manager Vicente R. Vicmudo on September 12, 2018 in anticipation of the onslaught of super typhoon Ompong, it was reported that the estimated cost of crop damage amounts to 123,955,500.00 Php in the province of Pangasinan alone. Engr. Aurelia G. Reasonda, PIMO Assistant Manager said that the total number of farmers affected in the province has reached 5,323 with 4,861 hectares of farmland.


Finally, after decades of dedicated hard work, the long wait is over for BUED CIS DAM 1 ISA, INC.  The La Union – based food producer was adjudged as the Most Outstanding IA (CIS Category) nationwide and First Runner Up for the Most Outstanding CARP IA for CY 2017 on June 20, 2018 at the NIA central office in Quezon City in the occasion of the agency’s 55th Anniversary Celebrations.
