The National Irrigation Administration Regional Office No. 1 (NIA RO1) under the leadership of Acting Regional Manager Angelito S. Miguel ushered the Year of the Metal Rat with the unveiling of mural painting of employees' hand prints during the flag-raising ceremony on January 6, 2020 held at the NIA Compound, Bayaos, Urdaneta City. NIA employees nationwide participated in the traditional annual event with the theme, "NIA 2020: Towards Continuing Pursuit for Resiliency and Efficiency Through Innovations and Modernization."
